Vision. Leadership. Service.

I’m running for re-election to help lead SLO County through some of the most troubling times we’ve experienced in years. We face unprecedented challenges in every one of our communities – at the same time, we have exciting new opportunities to improve the lives of all residents.

In more than 15 years in office, I’ve been proud to work with community stakeholders and public agencies to see remarkable projects accomplished:

  • new branch libraries in Atascadero and Cambria,
  • a safe parking program to help alleviate street camping,
  • increased sheriff’s patrols throughout the district,
  • acquisition of Dog Beach,
  • progress toward more public open space on the Chevron property across Highway 1 from Dog Beach,
  • successful financing efforts to restore the Cayucos Veterans Hall,
  • the Los Osos sewer completed,
  • the Cayucos Pier restored, and
  • new bridges and trails developed, to name a few.

Our accomplishments are many. Our future is bright.

Let’s not let up now. Let’s keep the progress going, defend our quality of life, and make this exceptional place the best it can be.

I would be honored to have your vote.
